In a personal, no-obligation conversation, we get to know you, discuss your situation and goals, and answer all your questions.

For a Private Retreat, we tailor the destination, dates, and overall setting to your individual needs. For an Open Retreat, you choose from our predetermined dates, destinations, and retreat themes.

Before the trip, you will receive all important information regarding arrival, on-board accommodation, the itinerary, and preparation. Sailing experience is not required.

During the voyage, psychologically informed coaching combines with the experience of the sea, physical activity, tranquillity and personal reflection.

Together, we translate the insights gained into concrete steps for your everyday life, your relationship, or your professional environment.

The focus is on your personal goals, strengths and opportunities for development. It supports personal growth and change but does not constitute psychotherapy or the treatment of mental health conditions.

Our retreats are intentionally limited to a maximum of six guests. This ensures sufficient time and space for personal guidance, individual coaching sessions, and intensive group work.

Yes. You can book a Private Retreat exclusively for yourself or join one of our Open Retreats as a solo traveller.

The duration of our retreats depends on the destination and your individual needs. Most retreats last between 5 and 10 days, providing sufficient time for relaxation, psychologically informed coaching, and meaningful personal development. Individual formats and longer retreats are also available upon request.

From the Baltic Sea and IJsselmeer to the Mediterranean and more distant destinations such as the Seychelles, Thailand, or the Caribbean, a variety of sailing areas are possible. For Private Retreats, we select the destination together with you; Open Retreats take place in the destinations specified for each retreat.

In both formats, the daily schedule on board remains flexible and takes into account the weather, safety, and the needs of the group.
